Yes. Always supervise your dog while they’re enjoying any treat or chew.

Q: Are your treats suitable for all dogs?

All dogs can enjoy them, but always choose a size and texture suitable for your dog’s chewing style, size, and experience level.

Q: What does “single ingredient” mean?

It means each product contains only one natural ingredient, nothing else is added.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Australia.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

A: Yes! You can pick up your order from our location in Hoppers Crossing. Just select “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll arrange a convenient time.

Keep treats in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Reseal packaging after opening to keep them fresh.

Customer Support:

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We’ll gladly help resolve the issue.
